1. When you exercise, beneficial chemicals (hormones) are formed in your body that block pain receptors, but their other effect is that they evoke a feeling of joy and happiness. In their absence, the risk of anxiety and depression increases. So, a sedentary lifestyle also means a lack of prevention of these mental disorders.

2. There are several studies focused on the connection between regular sport and cognitive functions, specifically the onset of dementia. For optimal functioning, it is completely sufficient if you regularly treat yourself to for example dance classes, and you don't have to "destroy" yourself with high-intensity exercise.

3. Body and soul form one complex whole. It is no secret that stress and mental illnesses cause physical difficulties. But body health is very hard to achieve when you have a passive lifestyle. Very simply, lost physical vitality as a result of lack of movement can lead to worsened mental resilience.
