
1. Aging is an indication for protection and strengthening of joints, muscles and bones. With age bone density, muscle mass, flexibility and ability of coordination and balance can decrease. Regular exercise with dumbbells or aerobic exercise strengthens not only muscles, but also bones. Add to that yoga or Pilates for stretching and balance. This means that if you treat yourself to some kind of movement every day, it will be a super way of delaying consequences of increasing age. We could say that regular exercise is anti-aging prevention.
2. Physical activity releases endorphins, so-called happiness hormones, which improve mood and reduce stress and anxiety. This effect appears immediately. Long-term benefit of daily movement for mental health is however also improvement of self-esteem and self-confidence due to progress and achieved goals.
3. Movement burns calories, i.e. daily physical activity helps maintain weight. If you want to lose weight, just add a little intensity. Yes, basically really just a little is enough, being physically active every day in this direction tends to be more effective solution than jumping 2-3x to training weekly.
4. Importance of good physical condition you find out only when you lose it, for example with broken elevator, carrying bags full of groceries or big seasonal cleaning. When you are fit, not only is everything simpler, but it saves you time too. By exercising nutrients and oxygen get into tissues, it improves health of heart and lungs and you will have more energy for handling everyday duties.
