
1. Do you have trouble waking up to alarm clock in the morning? If you decide to have a dog, you won't have a choice. Your pet will "call" you for morning walk until you manage to open your eyes, and so briskly that finally it won't even be such effort. And we just outlined first advantage: with dog you will have more precise daily routine with very adorable pressure.
2. Keeping resolutions is not easy. Dog can help you with one: you will have to walk with him every day at least once. At least to do business. And who wouldn't use few extra steps, and even with nice partner?
3. For some breeds and some dogs short walks are not enough. They require games in fresh air, hikes and other physical activities. It won't be just fun, but also beneficial for muscles and physical fitness.
4. Dogs love unconditionally, which can reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation and increase level of happiness hormones, such as endorphin and oxytocin. This then leads to better mental health and reduction of anxiety and depression.
5. Interaction with dog, petting and playing with him not only lowers level of stress hormones, but also blood pressure. It is excellent prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
