1. Endorphins are natural analgesics, i.e., they soothe pain. The body releases them during physical activity to make movement easier for us. Besides this property, however, these miraculous hormones greatly improve mood.

2. Dopamine is responsible for the feeling of reward and pleasure. During training dopamine release can occur, and that is a direct path to feelings of happiness and success.

3. Serotonin is commonly called happiness hormone. It is actually a neurotransmitter, which however truly affects mood and evokes feelings of overall well-being. It alleviates feelings of anxiety and helps in fighting stress.

4. Adrenaline speeds up pulse and increases blood pressure, thus increasing performance, well and prepares the body for physical activity. It improves attention, memory and reaction time and supports blood circulation in muscles.

5. Noradrenaline has similar advantages as adrenaline. It also improves concentration, but also increases alertness of body and soul.
