1. As the first reason why you feel constantly tired we will state something very logical, which you might not realize at all: lack of sleep. One of the negative consequences of today's hurried lifestyle is shortening the length of full night rest. No, 6 hours is not enough for you. No, you won't catch up on the weekend. No, lying in bed with a phone does not mean sleep. Create a daily routine that allows you to dream sweetly for 7-9 hours.

2. Long-term stress exhausts. Very much. It represents a burden for the body and psyche, the body spends a lot of energy, nutrients, vitamins to maintain the alert state. Not to mention that worries occupy your brain even at night, which leads to shallow or no sleep.

3. Oh, that healthy food again. But it is true that when you don't have quality fuel, you can't function fully. Besides wholesome diet don't forget about correct drinking regime.

4. Sport is a miraculous tool for various health issues, even for long-term fatigue. Although you invest energy into movement, a much larger amount returns to your reserves. This phenomenon is called improving fitness.

5. If nothing helps you in fighting long-term fatigue, it won't hurt to consult a doctor. More serious health problems may be hidden in the background, for example anemia, hidden inflammation or thyroid problems.
