1. Evidence that energetic music motivates movement, you don't have to look for in heavy science. Just remember your last spontaneous dance while cleaning with speakers on. The same happens during training, only more intensely and more noticeably. So you will move not because you have to, but because you want to.

2. You dance slowly to slow music. You dance fast to fast music. You don't have to be a professional dancer, you simply do it like this. Humans tend to move to the rhythm of music. It's not just about external manifestations of the body, proper tempo will wake up your heart rate too.

3. Does life hurt during training? Play happy music. Your body will start producing happiness hormones, which are also analgesics. At the same time, the level of cortisol, i.e., stress hormone, decreases. Do you ask for an example from life as proof of this theory here too? Go turn on some sad slow song, you probably won't be laughing much. Then switch to joyful rock melodies with optimistic lyrics, sadness will pass immediately. Well, and you know that these visible changes do not happen due to unstable psyche.

4. Music helps get into flow, i.e., performing activity maximally focused, at the same time with ease and joy. That's it, for example, when after cooking you feel like after a spa, at the same time you don't remember what thoughts ran through your head, but you realize that you felt really good and you really enjoyed it.
