




Danka has been an instructor of various group exercises for more than 25 years. She started with aerobics and various forms of strength and endurance exercises. Later, she fell in love with exercises from the Body&Mind category, because they lead not only to a strong, flexible, and healthy body, but also to mental well-being and balance. Teaching healthy regular movement and working with people enchanted her so much that she now only dedicates herself to yoga and training, with which she also combined her private life and her passion - TRAVELING. She leads various yoga lessons, pilates, but also strength, endurance, and functional trainings. The basic goal of her classes is to teach students how to harmonize body and mind, how to breathe correctly, gain strength, flexibility, endurance, and a higher quality and more joyful life. She motivates her students, and herself, to yoga practice, sports, and a healthy lifestyle with the motto: Forget all the reasons why "no", you only need one single reason why "YES".

Ivana is also behind exclusive thematic retreats in Zanzibar, Vietnam, Bali, Mykonos, Naxos, Abu Dhabi, where she combines movement, wellness, getting to know the culture, and island nature. Each stay is carefully designed so that participants leave rested, charged with energy, and inspired, with habits that change lives. Her passion for biohacking, longevity, and a healthy lifestyle is reflected in carefully selected programs and supplements that she recommends to participants – from movement therapy to nutrition and mental well-being. Ivka emphasizes a personal approach, gentle motivation, and creating long-term habits that bring real results. "My goal is not just to offer a stay or exercise. My goal is to create a space where women discover their inner strength, feel the harmony of body and soul, and leave changed – stronger, more joyful, and more confident."




Denisa Owen is a professional pilates instructor and mentor with a physiotherapeutic approach. Thanks to movement therapy that heals, she will take care of your body from head to toe. Nordic Walking enchanted me from the first moment when I was looking for a way to move my body after a whole day of sedentary work. I perceive Nordic Walking as an ideal way to combine movement, stay in nature, and social contact. This movement-healing activity is suitable for everyone - regardless of age, fitness, or previous experience. It is undemanding, safe, financially accessible, and at the same time very effective for the health of body and spirit. In addition to Nordic Walking, I fell in love with yin yoga, which is gentle, feminine, and brings harmony and peace to life. Working with meridians and the flow of life energy helps achieve inner balance and calm the mind in today's hectic world. Yin yoga is a path to inner peace for me, which I happily mediate to others. In 2025, she won 1st place in the SNWA competition in Bratislava for the best Nordic Walking technique, which confirms her expertise and precision in movement.


Petra is a certified yoga lecturer living in Slovakia, focusing primarily on the Vinyasa Flow style in combination with Hatha yoga. With her positive energy and open heart, she likes to help practitioners discover and deepen their range of abilities and knowledge and teaches how to integrate the connection between body, mind, and heart into everyday life. Through her asana exercises, she likes to create inspiring yoga sequences that will enrich your yoga practice with new transitions, positions, and knowledge.




We are Ivanka and Vratko Rokyta, spouses, parents of two children, entrepreneurs, instructors, and passionate athletes who believe that a strong and healthy organism is the basis of a happy and fulfilling life. Our journey began many years ago when we both fell in love with fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Since then, we have been building our career in the field of fitness as creators of the NEONKA concept - a network of fitness clubs in Košice, where we focus on group exercises full of energy and original NEONKA atmosphere. We are a leader in group trainings in Slovakia, thousands of people visit our operations monthly.






Today I work as a certified instructor of group exercises Les Mills – specifically BodyBalance and Shapes – in Neonka in Košice. In my classes, I connect strength, flexibility, and conscious movement, with an emphasis on technique, correct breathing, and positive energy. My goal is not only to lead people to physical fitness, but also to greater perception of their body and mind. I believe that movement should be a joy, not a duty – a path to self-knowledge, vitality, and mental well-being.
