1. Well clearly overweight is one of the significant reasons why not to eat fast food. Of course, it won't happen from one day to the next. But if fast food is your main course long-term, then it is very unlikely that besides gastronomic delight it won't bring you also some extra kilos.

2. Let's stay with the long-term consequences of fast food. Since it contains little fiber and nutrients, on the other hand it is full of carbohydrates, salt and fats, it can cause digestive problems. The number of healthy intestinal bacteria will also decrease, so the state of intestinal flora will worsen. It leads to constipation, bloating and similar unpleasant symptoms.

3. Excessive consumption of white flour, sugar and carbohydrates leaves its marks also on the skin. So, if it seems to you that after visiting a restaurant with fast food you always have worsened skin, it is not just a matter of strange coincidence.

4. It is increasingly said that omega-3 fatty acids strongly influence mental state. But there is really very little of this substance in fast food. This can lead to long-term despondency, anxiety and bad mood.
