InstaTIP: 3 minutes on how to motivate yourself for sports even with the arrival of autumn

1. With the arrival of autumn, many lose motivation not because of lower air temperature, but shortening of days. Although in summer it suited you to go to training right after work, this time should be moved perhaps to morning in darker months. Of course, not completely early in the morning, because the goal is to avoid darkness.  

2. Whenever you start hesitating between whether to play some InstaGYM video/go exercise to the gym or rather laze on the couch, remember last year's spring. That moment of realization that swimsuit season has returned again. This year your goal should be to avoid this stress. If you don't stop moving now, you can forget about drastic diets before vacation.

3. If the previous point doesn't help you because you strongly perceive the time distance of swimsuit season, then take paper and pen, we are going to study a little. Read something about how your favorite sport supports health, which muscles it develops and if it has any other benefits. Your autumn motivation should therefore not be body shaping, but something much more valuable, durable and sustainable: your health. 

4. Exercising in the company of other people is always motivating, after all that is why our fit camps are so successful. Autumn is an ideal time for creating groups, because end of vacation season is return to disciplined reality. So get together with friends and start your own living room sports club.
