1. Procrastination comes, procrastination goes. What remains after it are bad feelings. Do you also usually punish yourself for them? Does your inner voice scream at you? Don't do it. It will help you much more if you examine what happened, why it might have happened, how you feel - and all that empathetically. "This task really scares me, I'm afraid to solve it. Never mind, I'll try, I don't have to do it perfectly," for example.
2. Procrastination is not just when you can't get to a task. It can attack you even after you start it. Do you know it? So for you it is mandatory to minimize any distraction - turn off social networks and TV.
3. Procrastination doesn't have to be laziness and many times it appears precisely in those people who have strong will and passion for what they do. They also have a strong tendency to forget that they have limited energy resources and get exhausted quickly. Perceive enthusiasm just like everything else that requires energy expenditure: if you don't have, need to replenish, otherwise it won't work. How? Rest, laughter, tasty and healthy food.
4. Setting clear deadlines has a positive effect on performance. So try to determine by when you must prepare the given task. But don't forget that you don't have superpowers and let those deadlines be rational.
