I have been going to yoga, Pilates, stretching and BodyBalance exercises for several years. I get a great workout, stretch my muscles stiff from stress and, most importantly, leave after the lesson with a very positive mood that Danka gives out. Danka regularly educates herself and completes various workshops as an extension to her certification, thanks to which we are always practicing something new.
