Rastislav Šroba

Rastislav Šroba is a person who lives by the mountains. For more than 15 years, he has been working as a mountain guide UIAGM and during that time he accompanied people on more than 900 ascents in the most demanding conditions. Every hill, every wall, and every peak in his accompaniment bears the signature of a professional who knows exactly what he is doing — and at the same time loves what he is doing.

In addition to guiding practice, Rastislav has been a professional mountain rescuer for 25 years. This means that he is a person others rely on in the most difficult moments. It is a job that requires a clear head, courage, and calm even where others' heart rates accelerate. As an avalanche specialist within HZS, he perfectly knows the laws of snow and winter mountains — and his experience is exactly what makes every hike safer.

Rastislav works in the Tatras and the Alps, where he leads people to peaks, but also to greater respect for nature. For his clients, he is not just a guide, but also a partner on the journey, who can adapt, calm down, support, and motivate.
