For more than 15 years, I have been helping people restore peace of mind, increase their inner strength, energy and return joy, happiness, and satisfaction to their lives.
The foundations of my working methods are techniques of meditation and mindfulness, art therapy, subconscious change and energy healing. I help people get to know themselves, set their mind correctly and learn to live a harmonious life in joy and lightness.
Within self-development stays, I also lead exercises that combine elements of yoga, qigong, and active warm-ups. I developed these techniques on the basis of my own sports practice and many years of experience, while always adapting them to the needs and level of participants. Thanks to this approach, everyone regardless of experience can experience a deep connection of body and mind and gain new energy.
Many people have already completed my self-development stays in Slovakia, Austria, the Czech Republic, Thailand, Sri Lanka, or Bali and thanks to them they managed to multiply increase the quality of life.
