Petra Satinová is a certified yoga lecturer (E-RYT500) and also a graduated lawyer. It is this unconventional combination that helps her better understand people with sedentary and demanding jobs – she knows what it means to have an overloaded mind and back.
 
She has been dedicated to sports since childhood – athletics, dance, fitness – but finally, more than 15 years ago, back pain and a desire for inner peace during law studies led her to yoga. After six years of regular practice, she started guiding others through yoga in 2015.
 
As a sports expert, she holds a certificate in Power yoga (YoGo Slovakia, accreditation of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic) and several international certificates accredited by Yoga Alliance: Hatha & Vinyasa Flow yoga (Samasti Yoga Bali, YTT200), SUP yoga (Island Yoga Malta, YTT25), Vinyasa Ashtanga yoga (Yoga Union Bali, YTT300) and Yin yoga (Yoga Union Bali, YTT50).
 
In her teaching, she connects yoga philosophy with knowledge of modern science and sensitively perceives the individual needs of each student. She herself remains an eternal student – she practices yoga daily, constantly educates herself in it, and it is part of her beloved traveling around the world.
 
Besides yoga and traveling, she loves sports – especially fitness, running, and diving – quality food, staying in nature, and learning foreign languages. She is fascinated by so-called blue zones – places where people live to be a hundred years old in health. Already in 2015, she was inspired by Dan Buettner's book, and since then she has consciously adjusted her lifestyle to bring not only vitality but also longevity.
