Movement has accompanied me since childhood and I can hardly imagine life without it. I went through various developmental phases of my movement journey – from dance, through fitness and movement trainings, to what I am currently dedicated to, which is calisthenics and pair acrobatics/acroyoga.
Since childhood, I danced modern and scenic dance and for 11 years I dedicated myself to folklore. Thanks to that, I was used to being part of a community and collective. When I stopped dancing, I was looking for new possibilities to belong somewhere again. I started attending movement trainings, where I discovered my strength and the world of calisthenics. Yoga and meditation subsequently led me to acroyoga, which I fell in love with on the first try.
Acroyoga teaches me to be here and now, perceive my body, overcome fear and accept successes and failures with humility. It teaches me to trust myself, others, and the process itself. What I enjoy most about the world of acroyoga and calisthenics is that there is always something to discover and there is always room for improvement and moving forward.
I love being upside down (that's why I dedicate myself to handstands) and my favorite aid is gymnastic rings. Besides courses and workshops, I like to participate in various movement camps and retreats, which provide me with new inspiration and the opportunity to meet like-minded people.
