
1. The best morning is one that is content. And that is possible only if waking up is not a nuisance. So, everything starts in the evening. Go to sleep so that your body gets what it needs: quality and sufficiently long sleep.
2. We are part of nature. Whether you want to or not, your body reacts to changes in external environment. Waking up with sun rays is much more natural and therefore easier.
3. Everyone says it, we say it too: breakfast is important. It should contain healthy proteins, cereals and fruit. This will give you necessary energy for the start of the day. In no case forget about plain water.

4. Even if you don't have time for a full workout, treat yourself to a few stretching exercises or a few minutes of yoga, maybe Pilates. You'll see, you will feel much more awake and fresh.
5. Maybe it will sound paradoxical, but include in your morning routine also short meditation or other form of relaxation. It can contribute to a calmer start of the day at a balanced pace.
