1. When you exercise on empty stomach, insulin level in your organism is low, consequently your body has difficult access to carbohydrates. This means it relies more on fat reserves as energy source. This state supports fat burning, so exercise before breakfast can help you if you work on body weight reduction. 

2. Exercise before breakfast can improve insulin sensitivity, helping body utilize glucose more effectively. This positively affects maintaining stable blood sugar level and can reduce risk of developing insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes.

3. Exercise on empty stomach increases production of growth hormone, playing key role in muscle regeneration, fat burning and muscle mass building. This hormone also supports metabolism and speeds up recovery processes in body.

4. Based on previous point however you cannot fully rely on morning exercise on empty stomach when building muscles. If your training before breakfast is too intense and long, body due to lack of energy can start breaking down muscle mass.

5. If you exercise on empty stomach too intensely or long, it can also lead to reduced performance, muscle weakness and increased risk of injury. Low blood sugar level can cause fatigue, dizziness and irritability.

6. Exercise on empty stomach in morning is not suitable for everyone. It depends on multiple factors, such as your physical fitness, health condition and goals you want to achieve. If you are beginner or have some health problems, it is better to consult with doctor or nutrition expert. Exercise on empty stomach can be demanding also if you don't have enough energy. Therefore it is important to listen to your body and adapt exercise intensity to your needs.
