1. Green "smoothies" contain a lot of nutrients that stimulate and support digestion. They usually consist of an equal amount of green leafy vegetables (spinach, kale, lettuce, celery and wheatgrass) and fruit (banana, strawberries, pears or blueberries). Some liquid goes into this mixture, for example milk, yogurt or water.
2. Oatmeal is an easily digestible source of fiber, and strawberries contain vitamins and antioxidants. Throw also banana and almond milk to these ingredients into the food processor. Cook the oatmeal before preparing the smoothie and let it cool down.
3. Apples thanks to high fiber content and acidity support digestion, stimulate bowel movement and clean the intestinal tract. If you want to enjoy this fruit in a smoothie, mix it with a small amount of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, water, allspice and for the taste of Christmas gingerbread you can also add vanilla extract.
4. Bananas are rich in potassium, which soothes the stomach. Chia seeds contain a lot of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids, which have anti-inflammatory effects. Mix these 2 excellent ingredients with milk and honey, and you have a ready smoothie for a heavy stomach.
