1. Learn, knowledge is quite a stable support. Goals are achieved easier if you know exactly and in detail why achieving them is so good for you. The more articles you read about benefits of healthy diet, the more podcasts you listen to about harmful effects of sweeteners and some preservatives, the clearer you are about what vitamins do to your body, the less you will be tempted by food you want to avoid.
2. Patiently and slowly you will go further, well at least "walking" will be easier for you. If modification of eating habits was so simple, we wouldn't need so many nutritional advisors and so many people wouldn't live with health problems due to bad diet. Although you might succeed in one hundred percent change from one day to the next, if you belong to the vast majority, safer guarantee of motivation in the form of feelings of success will be smaller steps distributed over a wider time range.
3. Why would you be tempted by food that you don't like? Stimulate your senses with pleasant stimuli and thus motivate your body to a better relationship with healthy food. Cook tasty, fragrant and nice. Try recipes until you create a collection of favorite meals with healthy ingredients. Go to a restaurant with healthy offer, professionally prepared food will be luxurious inspiration.
4. Engage your creativity and combine change of eating habits with some interesting activity. You can start filming recipe videos or keep a diary about what feelings new meals evoke in you.
5. Achieving goals is not a matter of course, but a praiseworthy matter. So don't forget to reward yourself, for example by visiting cinema, some nice book or free evening without duties.
6. Meals will be prepared easier with quality tools, well and with joy, if you decide to use advantages of modern technologies. Although you can squeeze an orange even with a simple manual juicer, but if you rely on superpowers of a food processor, it will be simpler, faster and a bit of an experience too. :)
