1. The main argument of proponents of plastic surgery is often that these procedures are not just about physical beauty. They can increase self-confidence, thereby improving the quality of life. Well, face yoga does exactly the same thing, but without drastic procedures and much cheaper.

2. Do you have the experience that when you exercise regularly, you control your body better, have more graceful movements, and your posture is more stable? This is because training does not only shape the figure through muscle modification but teaches you to better control your musculoskeletal system. This also happens with face yoga. You will get to know the muscles of your own face, thanks to which you will have your facial expressions under control.

3. Facial gymnastics/yoga is intensive anti-aging prevention. Aging is associated with a loss of facial volume, which can be attributed to the amount of fat cells, collagen and elastin production, as well as the reduction of bone structure and muscle loss. Exercising facial muscles stimulates blood circulation in muscles and deeper tissues, supplying them with oxygen, to which detoxification and nourishment are added.

4. It is never too late for face yoga. Muscles work truly miraculously. It might surprise you, but they are capable of development even during periods of degradation. However, it is true that the sooner you start exercising, the sooner the results will be visible. You must work on your entire face and regularly.
