1. It is said that core, i.e., center of the body is important to strengthen for 2 main reasons:

- because you exercise regularly,

- because you don't exercise regularly.

Core plays an important role in maintaining vitality, quality of life, as well as in improving sports performance.

2. Strong core improves balance and stability. Don't think big right away, this function is essential when performing common activities, for example standing on a bus or wet shower, putting on shoes standing up, getting out of bed, turning around etc.

3. At this point (not only) people with older age, sedentary job or overweight should pay attention. Strong core is not prevention only of injuries, but also back pain. What is even better, besides prevention, strengthening the center of the body in many cases can be used also as a method supporting treatment of these inconveniences.

4. Strong core gives confidence too, at least visually. It improves posture, and very naturally. Core is the so-called deep stabilization system, which behaves like a corset. The stronger it is, the better this function is.
