
1. The question should rather be posed like this: "How to wear makeup for a workout, if it cannot be avoided in any way?" Because the ideal solution is not to have any makeup during sports. Due to heat pores open and if makeup residues get into them, it is not healthy for the skin. It leads to various imperfections, it is not excluded even if your face is otherwise problem-free.
2. Pimples or spots cause self-confidence problems in many to such an extent that stepping into the gym without make-up would mean experiencing the worst nightmare for them. If this is your case too, invest really enough time in finding the right product. It must be something light with special regard to trouble-free skin breathing and without clogging pores. However, a much healthier solution is to cover only problem parts with concealer and leave the rest of the skin to breathe freely.
