1. Recently, it is starting to be whispered cautiously that it is easier to lose weight in winter. The basis of this theory is that the body must expend more power to maintain normal blood temperature. And what does that mean in fit language? Simply more calories burned. Whether it is really true, we cannot tell you with one hundred percent certainty. But reasonable reduction of heating cannot hurt you, moreover your wallet will certainly not be offended because of it either.

2. Do you feel that body shaping results are most visible in you during the greatest heat? Maybe you look really more defined in summer, but it doesn't have to be completely new muscles. They just stand out better when you lose some water with sweat.

3. Another phenomenon is related to the previous point. In summer you may weigh a little less. Rejoice in it, but at the same time prepare for a bulkier winter. Loss of water through sweat is not long-term weight loss. That occurs only with reduction of fat mass.

4. Weather affects your weight mostly indirectly. There are really few people who would not react to weather change and would feel equally comfortable in any temperature. For example, if in winter your battery drains faster and your mood is not completely stable, it will affect your training regime as well as diet.
