1. Give yourself time to study. It is not at all rare that lifestyle change is the result of interest in this issue on a theoretical level. So, join groups on Facebook, read blog articles, turn into the aisle with sports titles in the bookstore and when you see an interesting profile on Instagram or other social networks, press follow.
2. We are not proponents of radical changes, but we must admit that in some cases they represent the most effective way. When you decide to change your diet, go to the store and buy fruits, vegetables, healthy ingredients and fit alternatives to snacks. But don't forget to clear out your fridge beforehand, throw away old, spoiled food, and invest a little time also in selecting foods that are not in line with your new diet. It is best to donate them to someone who really needs them.

3. Always have a full fridge and pantry. It is the best prevention of ill-considered deliveries and impulsive purchases in the convenience store in moments of wolf hunger. When you have a wide selection of various healthy foods at home, you can eat well without remorse and bad feelings later. Also prepare lunches well in advance and always have some clean lunch boxes on hand.
4. Start moving regularly, systematically and under the supervision of an expert. A professional trainer can determine what is best for your body, and is a huge help in setting realistic goals.
5. Find a partner. When you have someone to share with, it is a source of joy, and when you have a source of joy, it creates much stronger motivation to continue.
