1. From childhood we are taught that the more we do (at least something), the more active we are, the more successful we are. "Study so you have a good life!" "Work while you are young and able!" These are sentences that give us the impression that the right path is productivity. That we are good when we "work hard". We have learned to link our own value with performance, and if it is otherwise, we feel guilty.

2. "I admire you for your ability to rest." Well, we don't hear this sentence so often in this world. Busyness creates an impression of importance, work addiction is praised and rewarded, value is measured in numbers (account balance, number of steps, calorie tables). You must realize your entitlement to rest, health and do not measure your value in numbers.

3. Social networks, smart mobile phones, modern technologies make it impossible to have time just for yourself. Boundaries are somehow blurring. Set specific times for replying to messages, and especially work ones. Try to follow this rule even though at the beginning it may cause false remorse in you. Turn off notifications of work applications on your phone, and under no circumstances read work emails at home. 

4. Think about what your goals are. Is it really worth trying so hard to be the best employee every month? What is more important to you - healthy relationships in the family or praise for overtime? If your life dream is to advance on the career ladder, does it really have to be as fast as possible? Build the ability to look at yourself from a bird's eye view, forgive yourself mistakes and laugh at your own wrong steps.
