2. Production of endorphins, i.e. happiness hormones is not related only to mood. They increase also energy level and improve vitality. To this is added adrenaline and increased blood circulation, well and you can immediately forget about permanent need for caffeine.
3. Regular physical activity can help regulate sleep cycle and improve quality of night rest. Do we even have to remind that good sleep is key to fighting fatigue throughout the day?
4. Spring fatigue is often source not only of despondency, but also stress. Sport will help you handle this inconvenience too. Intense movement combine with relaxation exercises, for example yoga or even swimming.
