1. If cooking is not among your favorite activities, try not to look at it as an unpleasant duty, but a kind of therapy. Prescribe this activity as mandatory relaxation, over time you will see that it truly has positive effects on your mental state.
2. Always have some recipe book on hand. Just as with a full closet the question "What should I wear?" is very often heard, even in front of a full fridge you may feel that no meal comes to mind that you can prepare at that moment. A collection of recipes can be super prevention of impulsive purchase of ready meals and delivery.

3. Besides a collection of ingredients, a collection of adequate kitchen tools will also come in handy. Just imagine, will you want to start preparing simple fresh cucumber soup more with a food processor or manual slicer, beater or even stick blender? Lack of tools reduces not only your motivation, but also the range of potential courses.
4. Keep everything in order. And we don't mean just an empty sink. A system in storing ingredients helps you have an overview of what you have/don't have at home. Exactly the same applies to ready meals (whether main or side dishes) in the fridge. So, if you don't have any containers, lunch boxes, boxes at home, it's time to buy them.
