1. Cherries are rich in vitamin C. Besides well known benefits of this component we would highlight that in combination with antioxidants and vitamin A, which are also plentiful in this fruit, supports also skin health, for example. Moreover cherries have anti-inflammatory effects, improve sleep, additionally can have positive effects on heart.

2. Raspberries are one of best sources of antioxidants. They are also full of fiber, so support digestion and can stabilize blood sugar level. High content of vitamin C in raspberries strengthens immune system and vitamin A is important for healthy eyesight. 

3. Watermelon is 92 % water, so its consumption is excellent form of hydration and support of organism functioning (also) in heat. Due to high content of potassium and magnesium can be helpful in lowering blood pressure and body temperature. 5. Currant contains approximately 30-40 mg of vitamin C per 100 grams, and that is really a lot. It is also rich in B group vitamins, which play role in metabolic processes and contribute to proper functioning of nervous system. Since it is super source of fiber, supports proper functioning of digestive system. Can prevent sudden increase and decrease of blood sugar level, and thus also hunger.
