1. Water bike strengthens primarily calves, thighs and butt, but engages also other muscle groups of body. While water acts as shock absorber, thereby reducing load on joints. Develops balance and coordination, effectively burns calories and with regularity is great way how to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance.

2. Swimming acts on whole body, has especially good benefits on back, waist and shoulder muscles. Strengthens several such muscles, training of which outside water would require quite heavy joint load. Supports also movement of joints in full range, which improves flexibility. Regular swimming improves metabolism, i.e. besides burning calories also this way contributes to maintaining weight.

3. In beach volleyball important role is played by sand. Puts resistance on body, so forces muscles to engage much more intensely. Paradoxically, has smaller impact on joints, which can help work more effectively with lower part of body. This fun summer sport will help you firm, strengthen and shape lower limbs, thighs, abdomen, shoulders, arms and upper part of body.

5. Badminton gives workout to whole body, as it requires fast changes of body position, thus improves also fitness. Develops reflexes and speed of movements. Since increases heart rate and improves blood flow, can help reduce risk of heart diseases, stroke and high blood pressure.

6. Exercise on beach offers several benefits for body and soul. Sunlight supports vitamin D production, which is important for bone health, immune system and overall well-being. Exercise on uneven terrain engages more muscle groups and improves coordination and balance. Specifically sand is soft surface that spares joints and reduces risk of injuries. Physical activity outside stimulates release of endorphins, which improve mood and feeling of happiness.
