1. Walk, walk, walk. It sounds suspiciously simple, but exchanging public transport for legs will ensure constant movement and care for fitness. However, it shouldn't be at the expense of your vacation program, well and in any case think of others too.

2. You can elevate "simple" walks and in time constraints supplement with other elements. Walking up stairs is quite an intense cardio workout, especially when you have a full backpack on your back. If you can choose between a flat route and a hill, then definitely prefer the second option.   

3. If it is not easy for you to find inner motivation to move or you don't want to plan an exact schedule for several days in advance, then the best solution for you will be to rely on an online training plan. You just need a phone or laptop and find 20-30 minutes a day - without the need to solve anything else.

4. Pack some light and small fitness aids, for example resistance band, expander, jump rope and a super substitute for dumbbells are good old half-liter bottles filled with water or sand.

5. If you have a really strict training plan and you really can't afford to relax, then think about training already when planning the vacation. That is, look for hotels only with a proper gym, well and visiting some fitness centers near accommodation with an offer of open group trainings is not a stupid idea at all.

6. Go to a fit camp. You will relax, improve your fitness, take care of your body, meet amazing people. Sounds ideal? Well it is...
