
1. Stagnation in exercise is nothing pleasant, but not the end of the world either. Sometimes it is a request from the body for rest. Treat yourself to a break for a while, for a few days or 1-2 weeks, for example in these cases: 3 minutes on when to take a break from exercise.
2. Maybe you are not stagnating, just results are showing in a different area than you want. It happens with not entirely suitable choice of workouts, for example when you engage in cardio but want to have quickly defined muscles or if you are waiting for a six-pack on your stomach but work on it only with crunches. So, make sure that you participate in such trainings that lead you to achieving your goals.

3. Sometimes the problem is in habits. If you have been exercising for a long time with the same intensity, it might be too little for you. Try gradually increasing the load, probably it will suit you better and bring a new dose of motivation.
4. Incorrect diet can be quite a significant obstacle to progress in sports. Monitoring only calories makes no sense. Your body needs vitamins, minerals, nutrients, so look more at quality than quantity. Of course, that doesn't mean that with regular exercise you can burn an infinite amount of energy, so stagnation can also be caused by the other extreme: too much food.
