1. If you ask us just casually what helps for lower back pain, we will probably answer very spontaneously right away that movement. Not just because it is our life passion, but it really is a strongly recommended and proven method of prevention and treatment. Moreover natural. Exercise led by a physiotherapist is probably the most obvious choice. But in reality many times it almost doesn't matter what sport you choose, just don't go through pain. Intense movement will be an impulse for your body to produce hormones with pain-relieving effects.

So, if you don't have a peaceful life and at the same time you are troubled by lower back pain, your solution may be relaxation techniques, for example meditation, breathing exercises, relax yoga or consultation with a psychologist.

4. If you don't wear correct shoes, it can have long-term unpleasant consequences. And it's not "just" about pain or deformation of feet, symptoms can also appear in other areas of the body. Watch out for this, and if they have already appeared, turn to an orthopedist.
