1. In production of green tea leaves are steamed and dried, but not fermented. It thus has a higher content of polyphenols, i.e., antioxidants. In addition, it also has an antiseptic and antibacterial effect, so it helps prevent tooth decay and digestive tract infections. Among its specific properties is that it helps in fighting "hangover" and is also a guarantee of long-term endurance.

2. Black tea is nicknamed "coffee's younger brother". In the context of caffeine content, it ranks first among teas. It has its specific taste thanks to fermentation, however, precisely during this process it loses some nutrients that survive in green tea production. It still contains a lot of antioxidants. It supports immune system function, reduces stress and helps fight bacteria in the mouth. And these are just 3 benefits out of many.

3. White tea is the only one not made from ripe leaves, but from undeveloped buds. Their silvery membrane turns white during drying. It contains approximately twice as many antioxidants as green tea, but almost no caffeine at all. It has a beneficial effect on the liver, kidneys, cholesterol levels, bones, eyesight and even blood pressure.

4. Red tea is called rooibos. It contains no caffeine, but all the more minerals (calcium, manganese, fluorine, zinc, magnesium, copper) and antioxidants. It adapts its effects to the body's needs: stimulates or calms down, depending on what you currently need. Experts highly recommend it also for sleep disorders, digestion and in fighting allergies.
