EXERCISE WITH TRAINERS AT HOME EVEN DURING CHRISTMAS
2. Because Christmas is stressful. But exercise releases endorphins, hormones that improve mood and reduce stress. On the other hand, it lowers the level of cortisol, the stress hormone.
3. Because exercise helps maintain energy balance even in a period when you have fewer duties associated with physical activity, but probably more food.
4. Because your metabolism needs a little support. Sweet cakes, alcohol, heavy fatty dinners, less movement - all this gives your metabolism quite a hard time. But exercise supports this bodily function too.
5. Because holidays are a super opportunity for new habits. In everyday rush and at work it is very difficult to define some energy and often also time capacity for something, to which you don't have a relationship yet. Create this relationship to exercise when you have space for it. You don't even know how quickly you will get to the stage that you start missing it when you stop doing it.
