Among main electrolytes in our body belong calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium and chloride. We find them for example in leafy vegetables, fruit like bananas, in dairy products, nuts and seeds or sweet potatoes.
Don't forget preparation and monitoring of menu. Write down what you eat, calculate your regular calorie intake and their output during sport.
