Visit to doctor, healthy diet and regular exercise are not always simplest lifestyle if we have to combine them with lot of other duties too. However health is really in first place, both for women and men. Men's health and care for it coincides in many ways with women's, but male organism brings also certain specifics. How to keep yourself vital as long as possible? Simply, how to be fit?

 

1. Eat natural foods

Avoid fast-food, sugar and unnecessary fats. It is suitable to include for example some of following foods in daily fit diet:

  • fresh fruit and vegetables
  • brown rice
  • whole grain bread
  • foods rich in fiber - beans, leafy vegetables
  • lean meat, poultry, chicken
