1. Menstruation during vacation can be unpleasant, but it is not a tragedy. Instead of anger at your body, try to take care of yourself as best as possible and with the greatest love. You'll see, it helps. Especially in finding balance in what you can handle (physically and mentally) fine and what could overload you.  For example, when you have a day-long cruise planned, excessive nervousness can force you into this activity by force including ignoring your organism's signals. Or just the opposite: you can feel even worse, and you'd rather automatically cancel the trip...

2. Well, but how to do it? First of all, assemble a rescue package, which should contain painkiller (even if usually you don't need pills during menstruation, in changed conditions your body can behave really unpredictably), enough hygiene products, wet intimate wipes, spare panties and plenty of plain water.

3. Wherever you go, plan a "bathroom regime". If you are going on a trip with a guide and/or strict schedule, make sure in advance that you will have the opportunity to go to the bathroom regularly. Choose a beach, club, department store etc. accordingly.

4. Dress comfortably, but choose pieces that suit your aesthetic needs as well. Your outfit should ensure comfort physically, but equally a good feeling from looking in the mirror.

5. Drink plenty of plain water, avoid alcohol and consume nutritionally valuable, but if possible, lighter meals, so you are not troubled by winds and cramps. Well and don't be afraid to exercise, when it feels good. Stretching or yoga can even help you fight cramps.
