
1. Brisk walking at least 30 minutes has good effect on your physical fitness. Maintains it, thereby increasing cardiovascular capacity and overall endurance. 3. Sleeping 8 hours every night is essential for health. If you treat yourself to some walk daily, following this rule will be simpler. Regular walking namely facilitates falling asleep and your night rest will be calmer and deeper.
4. Walking is form of prevention of osteoporosis and reduces risk of fractures. When you walk, mechanical load on bones increases, which stimulates bone tissue formation and increases bone density.
5. Walking activates also abdominal muscles, which stimulates bowel movement. Quite useful is to walk also after some heavier meal, it will be easier to digest and you reduce probability of bloating.
