1. Aerobics strengthens muscles of whole body, including legs, trunk and arms. Improves also endurance, relieves stress and improves mood. It is excellent form of cardiovascular exercise, which strengthens heart and improves blood flow.

2. Zumba is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced. Engages whole body and strengthens trunk, leg and arm muscles, builds overall muscle mass. At same time it is cardiovascular exercise, which burns calories and supports heart health.

3. Cardio kickboxing combines martial arts techniques and cardiovascular exercise. This dynamic and energetic sport includes such intense movements as punches, kicks, jumps, which are focused on improving fitness, strength, speed and endurance.

4. Dance yoga combines elements of traditional yoga with dance movements. It is about harmonic connecting of fluid movements, while great emphasis is placed also on breath and dynamic aspect of movement. Besides improving flexibility, strength, balance and coordination, gives also opportunity to express oneself through movement, which brings feeling of freedom and joy.

5. Pole dance requires considerable strength, especially in upper limbs, but also in core and legs. With regular trainings muscle strength and endurance significantly improves. Includes many such movements and poses that stretch whole body, thanks to which flexibility grows considerably.
