
1. One of our favorite methods on how to improve balance, is sleep. Lack of night rest slows down reaction time, worsens coordination and attention, weakens senses. Even balance is a sense, which for proper functioning requires good physical condition - and of course everything else we mentioned a moment ago, from reaction time to attention.
2. 20 steps on heels, 20 steps on tiptoes, 20 steps on imaginary line, foot in front of foot. No, this sentence didn't get here by accident from curriculum of some kindergarten. Seemingly it is exercise for children, but go try it. It doesn't have to be always and for everyone simple.
3. Balance is also about muscles. Coordination and balance are largely conditioned by core, i.e., center of the body. You can develop it variously, very effective way are specific exercises from yoga and pilates. If you don't have any experience in this area yet, definitely start with an expert.

4. When you want to try yourself also in deeper, more intense exercises for balance, call your sight for help. Choose one point in your field of vision, look at it throughout the execution of individual exercises.
