4. If you live with overweight, it is possible that you know knee pain quite intimately. Joints suffer under disproportionate weight, so try to keep your body weight at a reasonable level.
5. Drink enough water and eat healthy and varied diet. Joint pain can also be triggered by dehydration and lack of vitamins and some minerals, for example calcium.
