1. Body is fantastically miraculous system. So that muscles have enough nutrients and oxygen available, heart pumps blood into them during HIIT trainings. It happens through circulatory system, and it strengthens this way.

2. Due to high intensity of HIIT exercise metabolism kicks in for several hours after training. It means that even after training body consumes larger amount of energies, i.e. burns calories properly.

3. High intensity interval training positively affects also mood and overall psyche. Triggers huge rush of endorphins, i.e. natural opiates, which brain produces due to difficulty of exercise. It happens with every training, but in case of HIIT in higher measure it is sudden.

4. About interval trainings it is rumored that they don't burn fats, but it is just such "gym half-truth". Loss of fat mass happens also with high intensity interval training, and it concerns even more dangerous visceral fat (around internal organs).

5. HIIT lowers level of cholesterol, thus risk of arthritis and other inflammatory problems decreases too. Demanding exercises moreover strengthen immune system and help prevent cold and flu.
