Fitcamp in Lanzarote with Lenka Vysna was completely super great....we were an excellent group, with whom I experienced incredibly many experiences, laughter, gourmet paradise and of course I returned so exercised that I have more energy and joy of life...Lenka is an amazing trainer and even when I couldn't anymore, she always managed to convince me that I can do it.... simply it was paradise on earth and I am still in spirit at the fitcamp, I refuse to return to the reality of the gray day and my next bonuses are already heading for the next fit camp ????

I thank Lucka Medeková for her incredible soul of a professional athlete, instructor and sometimes also psychologist, who always knows how to "kick" me and tune me into various activities, which we experienced together again on a perfect stay via InstaGYM in Mauritius. I definitely recommend and look forward to further fit stays of course with Lucka.

Beautiful hotel in Sicily, perfect group, relaxed atmosphere, excellent exercise with Lucka Medeková morning and evening, charming Palermo, for me ????. I recommend to every woman who wants to escape reality.

I participated in a fitcamp with Instagym for the second time. This time we were on the Canary island of Fuerteventura, where we did yoga with Martinka Boháčová. Martinka is an amazing professional yogi, but also a very nice and friendly person. Every day we devoted ourselves to yoga, various positions, breathing or meditation. For me it was an unforgettable experience, which helped me partly to better health and movement, but I also met great people and visited interesting places with which this island is enriched. Big THANK YOU ????

Fit Camp Lanzarote with Lenka Vyšná was an amazing and motivating experience. I warmly recommend to all who are still hesitating. Also Mr. Betko's willingness to promptly solve arising situations was super. Thank you.

The stay in Sicily now at the end of August was already our third stay with Instagym and with Lucka Medeková. Everything is always well organized from flight tickets through transfer to the hotel and the stay itself with program, exercises and trips. Lucia is super not only as a trainer but also as a person, mentor, coach. Always willing to help and advise. We will definitely go on another stay organized through Instagym together with Lucia.

We are just finishing, packing suitcases with my daughter and we don't want to leave at all... It was super... great group, standardly great exercise with Lucka Medeková, excellent hotel, beautiful Sicily... Great stay in Sicily, with my daughters, was an amazing enrichment of the mother - teenage daughters relationship ???? We leave full of experiences. Our ???? Excellent experience from the beginning of the camp to the end. I was on a hiking camp in Madeira with Roland Régely and an excellent group. I recommend with all twenty fingers :)

Ischia is a beautiful place with an impressive atmosphere. Organization and communication with InstaGYM is first class. Since I look for active holidays - combination of movement, exploration, trips, friendly community and cheerful experiences, this stay under the guidance of instructor Danka Baloghová and Radko fulfilled all expectations. Danka and Radko can combine movement, explosiveness, cardio, stretching, relaxation into one training.Danka's lessons are inimitable thanks to the joy of movement relaxing body and mind.Thank you for a great experience week.

I extremely enjoyed the fit stay in Sicily with Lucka Medeková! The hotel and environment of Sicily were beautiful and very pleasantly surprised me. Exercising outside under the palm trees was a nice change and my back appreciated these exercises very much. Besides exercise and relaxing in the sea, we also managed a trip to Palermo with an amazing guide. On the stay we met a super group of 20 women and had great fun from start to finish. This was my first fit stay and definitely won't be the last! Thank you girls for the perfect ending to summer 2024!

Fitcamp in Ischia was amazing and with Danka Baloghová it was flawless.. ???????? beautiful island full of greenery, beautiful beaches, thermal springs., cozy hotel with two pools with thermal water, super terrace for exercise, nearby pizzeria place of our culinary experiences. I will gladly return to Ischia with Danka anytime.

The stay in Ischia with Danka was super. Nice place, excellent trainer and group. Varied training by the sea and on the hotel terrace, plus exploring the island and splashing in the sea and warm thermal pools and baths was an excellent combination. A holiday in Ischia without exercise would be boring for me. This way we completed 13 varied training sessions in a week and everyone found something for themselves. Suitable for beginners and fit exercisers alike. Danka's approach is excellent. You work out and we also had fun. Super group, so big thank you.

Magical, beautiful and hospitable Sicily. Saracen hotel was very nice, stylish and comfortable. Beach close to the hotel, pools and beautifully maintained garden. Food excellent and plenty of it. Two-phase training with Evička helped us maintain a slim figure throughout the stay ????

I participated in the fitcamp in Lanzarote and I must say it was a great choice and I enjoyed it very much together with my husband. Everything turned out well thanks to Martina Firkalová, who was our instructor full of energy and positive vibes! We will participate in the Camp again in the future.????

Training with Mišo was really hard work. After the weekend I have the right muscle soreness and motivation to work hard further. I will definitely join you for a Fit Camp again.

We were extremely satisfied with everything. We were taken care of in every respect and didn't have to worry about anything. Excellent hotel on the Palm (Anantara), training on the beach, non-stop gym and excellent food. We really enjoyed the camp.

I was extremely satisfied, everything was perfectly organized. Danka was amazing and gave it her absolute maximum. I will definitely participate again when you organize something similar. Last but not least, the accommodation and food were excellent, I really liked that we could also use the wellness and pool. And I met a few super people there, so for me perfect :). I wish for many such experiences.
